Job One Associates was founded by Gwen Hornsby, a highly experienced, professional Executive Assistant whose career was built on helping leaders operate at their best. As a small business owner herself, Gwen understands firsthand the demands of running a business and the challenge of balancing priorities, meeting deadlines, and driving growth.

Known for her calm, organized, and solution-focused approach, Gwen has worked as a Project Manager and EA across a range of fields, including financial services, marketing, human resources, printed media, and nonprofit organizations. She has partnered closely with leadership teams to manage priorities, improve communication, and implement systems that keep businesses running smoothly.
