Job One Associates was founded in 2022 by Gwen Hornsby, an experienced Executive Operations and Project Management professional focused on helping business owners perform at their best.

As a small-business owner myself, I understand the demands of running a business and the challenge of balancing priorities, meeting deadlines, and driving growth.
I work with business founders, CEOs, and executive teams, helping bring structure and clarity to support business growth. My career has spanned executive operations, project management, marketing operations, strategic communications, process improvement, and business support, allowing leaders to focus on the decisions that move their organizations forward.
Throughout my career, I’ve had the opportunity to wear many hats, from Executive Assistant and Operations Manager to Marketing Project Manager, Website Developer, ISO 9000 Lead Auditor, and Fractional Marketing Leader. While the titles have varied, the common thread has remained the same: solving problems, improving processes, and helping organizations work smarter.
